Definition
A complete explanation of the intended meaning of a concept- Integrated Crop-Livestock (ICL) system characterized by intercropping of cowpea (Vignaunguiculata) with grasses of genus Urochloa, associated with boi-safrinha (off-season cattle). It occurs in the dry period of the year, in regions of the Cerrado biome, to increase forage accumulation and improve the physical and chemical characteristics of the soil, as well as to increase meat production.
