A complete explanation of the intended meaning of a concept- Glucose syrup: A purified concentrated aqueous solution of nutritive saccharides obtained from starch and/or inulin. Glucose syrup has a dextrose equivalent content of not less than 20.0% m/m (expressed as D-glucose on a dry basis), and a total solids content of not less than 70.0% m/m.
- Solución acuosa concentrada y purificada de sacáridos nutritivos obtenidos del almidón y/o la inulina. El jarabe de glucosa tiene un contenido equivalente de dextrosa de no menos del 20% m/m (expresado como D-glucosa sobre peso seco), y un contenido total de sólidos de no menos del 70% m/m.
