A complete explanation of the intended meaning of a concept- Culture d'une espèce ou d'une souche d'organisme isolé de tout autre espèce ou souche d'organisme vivant. S'applique surtout aux cultures en laboratoire d'organismes unicellulaires (particulièrement des protozoaires) dites "pures" (dépourvues de bactéries).
