A complete explanation of the intended meaning of a concept- Allégation nutritionnelle s’entend de toute représentation qui indique, suggère ou implique qu’une denrée alimentaire a des propriétés nutritionnelles particulières comprenant, mais sans s’y limiter, la valeur énergétique, la teneur en protéines, en matières grasses et en hydrates de carbone, de même que la teneur en vitamines et en sels minéraux.
- Nutrition claim means any representation which states, suggests or implies that a food has particular nutritional properties including but not limited to the energy value and to the content of protein, fat and carbohydrates, as well as the content of vitamins and minerals.
- Por declaración de propiedades nutricionales se entiende cualquier representación que afirme, sugiera o implique que un alimento posee propiedades nutritivas particulares incluyendo pero no limitándose a su valor energético y contenido de proteínas, grasas y carbohidratos, así como su contenido de vitaminas y minerales.
